STOWE - 4 nights lodging, 3 days skiing at the Golden Eagle Resort.
Trip includes:
• 4 nights lodging, Golden Eagle Resort
• 3 days lift for Stowe Mountain
• ("Great!")Breakfast included
• 10 minute drive to mountain
• Indoor pool w/sauna
• Hot tub that fits 15+
• Massage therapist (available for extra cost)
Cost: (e) $260 per person / double occ.
A LA CARTE TRIP: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO FOR ALL 4 DAYS!
Lodging is $80 per room, per night, double occ. ($40 per person.) Lift ticket costs are as follows (Ski Club Membership card required):
1-day=$45
2-day=$66
3-day=$98
4-day=$122
5-day=$152

ALSO REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR WSR MEMBERSHIP CARD. You cannot get discounted lift tickets without yours, and it is also required for the hotel deal.

Hi All,
FOR THOSE ARRIVING THURSDAY, if you arrive at the resort by 5:30, you can arrange your lift tickets then. Stowe does not offer a "traditional" lift ticket but an electronic card (the process takes some time).
Regards to diners, apres spots, etc. I will compile a list by the time you arrive.

I will post or send out a PDF soon with details, meeting times & spots, dining recos, etc.
ALSO: Before I forget-- one thing we ask on all WSR trips: Please bring cash to dinners out. On trips we spend too much after-dinner time settling the tab with different credit cards and checks--and someone always gets stiffed. Let's avoid that, have more time to enjoy ourselves, and be kind to our wait staff too!

Nan and I should be arriving Thursday afternoon. We plan to stay until after skiing on Saturday. Up in the air whether we'll leave then or stay till Sunday a.m.

FYI- Details on getting your lift tickets from Stowe next week:
- Pickup discount voucher from Spruce Camp base lodge. You MUST have a valid club/council ID card.
- Bring voucher to any ticket window to redeem.
- There is also a 1-time refundable $5 fee for the Evolution Stowe Card which gives you hands-free lift access during your ski day.
